Cannibal cult leader Jonas Bueno nabbed

The 16 year old teen was found dead in Lapu-lapu City with missing intestines, mutilated face and multiple stab wounds in internal organs. A true works of cult? Or drugs? The bounty to find the suspect have reached 2M pesos, that’s about US $40K. This gruesome case continues to escalate as the President and International Media expressed their disappointment. The netizens are also running out of patience due to anger and disgust.

Just now, the Policemen have arrested in Davao City the primary suspect – Jonas Bueno. He is the primary person of interest because of the strikingly similar way their victims were killed. Though the authorities cannot link the incident between the teen and the Danao farmer, they have to keep him in custody due to several criminal cases that Jonas Bueno has committed, one of which was for brutally killing and peeling the face of the Farmer from Danao.

If Jonas Bueno was arrested in Davao and the recent incident was done in Lapu-Lapu City, they cannot link Jonas Bueno to the teen’s death at all. Was Jonas Bueno in Lapu Lapu City last Monday and right away left by Boat and long road trip going to Davao? Jonas Bueno is the remaining brother of the 3 Bueno brothers who reportedly an ex-rebel that have turned into a cannibal cult leader in norther part of Cebu.

Pichay on 90-day suspension

Hon Prospero Pichay, Representative of the 1st District of Surigao del Sur

Aside from not receiving his salaries and benefits during the 90-day suspension period, Sandiganbayan places Pichay to “cease and desist” from performing his functions as a lawmaker and as Representative of the 1st District of Surigao del Sur. This will prevent him from affecting the gathering of documents and witness testimonies in his alleged graft case on a banking deal back in 2009.

The graft charges against Pichay stemmed from LWUA’s acquisition of ESBI, a local thrift bank based in Laguna jointly owned by the Forum Pacific Inc. and Wellex Group Inc. of the family of Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, in a deal worth P80 million. Investigations showed that the LWUA Board led by Pichay passed a resolution on March 24, 2009 approving the acquisition of ESBI without the requisite regulatory approvals from the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Department of Finance, and the Office of the President.

In accordance with the Antigraft and Corrupt Practices Act Section 13, this clearly states any public officer must be suspended from office when facing a criminal prosecution. According to Sandiganbayan “It is of no consequence that accused Pichay is presently holding an office which is completely different from the previous position that he held in relation to the instant case because it is doctrinal that suspension pendent lite applies to any office that the public officer is currently holding.”

More about Pichay? He was born in the town of Cantilan, Surigao del Sur. He is the son of former Carmen, Surigao del Sur Provincial Treasurer Prospero Pichay Sr. He has a brother named Philip who also happens to be a former congressman in Surigao del Sur’s 1st district and now incumbent mayor of Cantilan. His political career started in 1987 when he ran for Surigao del Sur congressman for the position to be vacated by Mario S. Ty. He served the 1st District of Surigao del Sur until 2007. In the same year though he ran for Senator under Team Unity which placed him the 16th spot, which he lost.

Who is Jove Bueno, Jonas Bueno and Junry Bueno?

Aside from where they reside – Jove Bruno and Jonas Bueno both of Barangay Sandayong, Danao City, where Junry Bueno resides in Sitio Bacon, Barangay Sac-on, Carmen. They were also alleged notorious criminals and responsible for several robberies in northern cities and town of Cebu. It was reported that they established a cult in remote areas of Carmen, Cebu. These guys are also former rebels and have pillage farmer’s lands and kill them if they refuse to cooperate.

An incident from year 2011 wherein a farmer with surname Batucan refused to cooperate their demands and killed by the notorious group which these three Bueno brothers were part of – Jonas, Jovie, and Junry. During the incident, Batucan the poor old farmer’s clothes were removed and the face was peeled. For whatever reason, this may be the works of the cult established by the three of them — Jonas, Jovie, and Junry Bueno.

BUENO Brothers

Based on 2011 reports, the shootout was right away transpired following the incident where two of the three Bueno brothers were killed – they are Jove and Junry. The other brother – Jonas was never arrested and still at large.

Another incident happened where a 16 year old teen was killed, the clothes removed and the face peeled off AGAIN! The way both were killed are like works of cult practices. But why would a cult go after the 16 year old child? When she was a silent servant of God. She serves the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Lapu Lapu, Cebu as church collector.

<p class="//“>But where is Jonas Bueno? After the order to shoot that killed his two brothers, he was not caught at all. What happened to the cult established by the Bueno brothers? Should we somehow dig more to that?

Best designed travel shirt, works great for non-verbal PWDs too

This shirt has been tagged the best shirt to wear when traveling in Asia and other continents that poorly use English in their countries.

Travel signs and basic needs are printed on the shirt where the owner who is struggling to tell his/her needs can just point what he/she wanted to ask. For travelers though, I still suggest you try to talk to the locals in English as it’s mean to assume that the local you’re talking to doesn’t know how to talk or speak in English. Using that shirt should be your last mile.

Why don’t we print one for non-verbal sisters and brothers? I bet this can help, it’s disppointing when you can’t express what you needed and you wanted. This shirt might be a great help. I have a non-verbal Son and I feel you.

So prints this shirt?
